Return & Refund Policy

cbhomegyms Return/Refund Policy

cbhomegyms products policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@cbhomegyms.com or call (877) 732-5590.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@cbhomegyms.com or call (877) 732-5590.

For Return Shipping

To return your product, you should send an email to Support@cbhomegyms.com to obtain further information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sunray Saunas:

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased from sunraysaunas.com within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse. 

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.

The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY

Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1.800.976.5530Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet.  Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.

 

All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

York Barbell:

York Barbell will accept returns/exchange for unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All items must include original packaging and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Actual refunds/credits will be for the amount of the return item(s) and exclude the cost of original shipping and handling.  If product is received not in the original packaging, or has been opened, York Barbell may apply a 25% restocking fee.  If the product is received by York Barbell with missing parts, or is damaged, York Barbell may apply up to a 50% restocking fee.  York Barbell reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete. 

If the product does not match what you ordered, please notify York Barbell within 7 days.  Failure to do so may void this return policy.

Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
